Ongoing Support

Our business is about supporting all our customers directly or via our established Dealer network.  Austrac does not sell our tracking solutions direct to the public but via a national Dealer network.  This Dealer network can deliver local support which is critical to maintaining our customers tracking solution. 

Austrac has a complete support centre for our customers but the customer only has to contact his local Dealer to resolve any issues regarding hardware.  All Austrac Dealers maintain a stock of GPS hardware devices and Austrac has initiated a changeover program for any devices that are with our warranty period.  This means that our customers can minimize downtime by simply dropping into their local Dealer and, if covered under warranty, changeover their hardware for a new GPS device.

Warranty

Austrac provides a complete two year warranty on all GPS tracking devices and has initiated a changeover policy with our Dealer network to cover this warranty.
